All findings are compiled into a written report with supporting video evidence.
- Is surveillance evidence admissible in workers' comp or disability proceedings?
- Yes. Surveillance evidence gathered by a licensed private investigator is admissible in New Hampshire and Massachusetts workers' compensation proceedings, disability claim disputes, and civil litigation.
